Apricot Kernels are preferred in food industry and as nuts in snack industry. They are all natural without any additives and available both in sweet and bitter options.
Apricot Kernel is obtained by removing the kernel of sulfur or natural apricots. There are two types of apricot kernels. The nucleus of Sulfur Yellow Apricot has a slightly more sour taste than the kernel of natural dried apricot. It tastes very similar to almond in general.
